About the role

Amplibotics is building the infrastructure layer for Physical AI, helping robots learn from large-scale real-world data. We're looking for a Technical Sales lead to help drive partnerships and enterprise revenue with robotics, AI, and technology companies, selling our two main offerings: data sets for training physical AI and real-world work services.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how to sell complex technical products to engineering-driven organizations and has experience working with companies in and around Silicon Valley.

The position is primarily remote, with regular in-person client meetings, conferences, and relationship-building opportunities.

Key responsibilities

  • 01Develop and manage relationships with robotics, AI, and enterprise technology companies.
  • 02Drive outbound sales efforts and identify new partnership opportunities.
  • 03Work closely with technical and leadership teams to communicate product capabilities and customer value.
  • 04Manage enterprise sales cycles from initial outreach through negotiation and close.
  • 05Represent Amplibotics at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

Requirements

  • Experience selling technical products or services to engineering-focused companies.
  • Strong network or familiarity with the Silicon Valley technology ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable discussing technical concepts with engineers, founders, and enterprise stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and able to operate independently in a fast-moving startup environment.
  • Preference for candidates located in the Greater San Francisco Bay Area.

Compensation

Uncapped commission, with substantial participation in large enterprise deals and strategic partnerships.
