This Privacy Policy explains how Amplibotics, Inc. ("Amplibotics," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit amplibotics.ai (the "Site") or interact with our services. We've tried to keep it short and readable. What we collect
- Job applications. When you submit an application through this site, we collect the information you provide: your name, email, location, role-specific answers, and any resume or link you attach.
- Email correspondence. If you email us at info@amplibotics.ai, jobs@amplibotics.ai, or any other Amplibotics address, we keep that correspondence to respond and follow up.
- Demo bookings.When you schedule a demo through our Calendly link, Calendly collects the information you provide directly. Their privacy practices are governed by Calendly's own policy.
- Site analytics. We may use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics) to understand how the Site is used. These do not set tracking cookies and do not collect personally identifying information.
- Standard server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request information (IP address, browser, requested URL, timestamp) for security and operational purposes.
How we use it
- To evaluate job applications and communicate with applicants.
- To respond to inquiries you send us.
- To schedule and conduct demos and customer conversations.
- To understand and improve how the Site performs.
- To detect and prevent abuse, spam, or security incidents.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Site and our business, including:
- Cloudflare— hosting, CDN, DNS, and (optionally) analytics.
- Resend— transactional email delivery for the application form.
- Calendly— demo scheduling.
- Email and productivity providers that we use internally to read and respond to your messages.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Amplibotics or others.
Cookies
We do not use tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies for security and performance.
How long we keep it
Job application data is retained for as long as we're actively considering you for a role and for a reasonable period afterward (typically up to 24 months) in case future opportunities arise. General correspondence is kept for as long as needed to maintain our business relationship. We delete data sooner on request where we have no other obligation to keep it.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, or to object to certain uses of it. You can exercise any of these rights by emailing info@amplibotics.ai. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe consistent with applicable law.
International data
Amplibotics is based in the United States, and the data we collect is processed in the United States. If you are accessing the Site from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in a country with different data protection laws than your own.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page indicates when the most recent changes took effect. Material changes will be reflected by updating that date.
